Michelene Achelus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science concentration Occupational Wellness, along with a Rehabilitation Counseling Certification from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Further, earning her Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Adams State University.

With a solid foundation in Rehabilitation and School Counseling, Michelene Achelus brings over a decade of counseling, advocacy, mental wellness and helping experiences.

She has worked with students from grades K-12 throughout Florida, becoming an invaluable resource in guiding students through social challenges. All along, dedicating her career to promoting the well-being and development of individuals.

Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, she effectively connects with diverse populations, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Known for her caring, compassionate, flexible, adaptable, and patient approach, she empower students to reach their highest potential.
