Tyna currently chairs the Education and Prevention sub-committees within Brevard Prevention Coalition. She has a passion for serving the community and has worked countless years providing treatment for health and well-being in various fields. She’s served both adult and juvenile drug courts, delivered in-home mental health treatment, and worked for the Department of Corrections, Department of Children and Families, Early Childhood Court, and the Therapeutic Supervised Visitation Program.

She has a heart for her community and faces the hard issues gracefully and passionately, particularly for adult and juvenile substance use disorders, mental health and well-being, and family counseling. She wants to encourage and empower the community to be their best, healthy selves.
